Receiving the incorrect part despite it being compatible

Subject: Incompatible Control Panel Assembly Received – DG34-0002

Hello,

I am writing regarding a control panel assembly I recently purchased directly from you.

Part number: DG34-00027B

Range model: NX58H5600SS/AA

This part was listed as compatible with my range model. However, after carefully comparing it to the original control panel assembly removed from my stove, I discovered multiple physical and functional mismatches that prevent proper installation and operation.

Issues observed:

Flexible printed circuit (ribbon) is shorter than the original part and does not reach or seat properly in the control board connector.

The contact end of the ribbon is oriented backwards compared to the original, making correct electrical contact impossible.

The ribbon is thinner and does not fill the connector width, resulting in a loose fit that cannot be secured properly.

These differences are not related to installation technique, as the original part and connector orientation are unchanged.

Because the electrical contacts do not align or seat correctly, the part cannot function safely or reliably in my appliance.

Confirmation that I received an incorrect or incompatible variant, and issuance of a correct replacement, or a refund or exchange, as the part received does not match the original component removed from the range.

I have photographs available showing a side-by-side comparison of the original and replacement parts, including ribbon length, thickness, and orientation.

Please advise on the next steps. I would appreciate prompt assistance, as this issue currently prevents normal oven operation.

If you could send a photo of the model tag. We would need to have the revision number to make sure that the part that was received is the correct part per the parts list.

Here are more potential useful images with the model tag, judging by the image provided, it seems that it was compatible with a NX58H5600SB and not a NX58H5600SS/AA

So, looking at the version number for this model it is a 02. This version will use a different part number. The one you ordered ended in B and the one that you need ends in D. The version is located in the upper right corner of the model tag. Here is a link to the part. Here is a photo of the part.
