RCA Dryer want start

I have a RCA Dryer…When attempting to start (turning the start button); it makes a humming sound (like a car trying to start) and then it dies…the best way to describe is like trying to start a car (the car makes a sound likes it’s about to start, but then the battery dies and the car doesnt make a sound)

Reach inside and try to turn the drum. Is it hard to turn? Their may be some things that need to be inspected and replaced to get that baby all propah:
Unplug the dryer and remove it to the yard if possible. Start here:

Bad drum glides make weird noises sorta like bad rear brake shoes on a garbage truck or bus
