RC evap fan is twitching

Main Symptom:Fridge cabin wasn’t staying cool. Had a lot of ice on the coil. Got that thawed. Fan just twitches. Seems to have constant current from the main board. I assume the fan motor is bad?

If you have the proper voltage to the fan motor and it does not run correctly it will need to be replced.
