Can’t get both elements to come on at same time, tried all suggested options, rapid heat doesn’t work. Plus no available user manual, bought it used, tks
I assume you are talking about the dual surface elements? You probably have a bad coil within the element. Sometimes you can see where it is burnt. You will need to replace the entire element. The closest I could come to your model was a range that had both dual elements in front so I did not know which element you were talking about or I would have given you a part number.
