hello, I’VE REMOVED THE LATCH HANDLE & IT IS NOT BROKEN. IT SEEMS THE LATCH IS NOT RECEIVING ANY SIGNALS. I BELEIVE IT IS THE LOGIC BOARD OR THE LIMIT SWITHCHES ON THE BACK OF THE LATCH. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK. THANKYOU VERY MUCH.
Check the door switch(es) for continuity. Make sure the switch is properly engaged when the door is closed. The model number you posted looks like a mix of two different model numbers. Verify and repost it.
