Have you tried removing power from the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset?
Either unplug it or shut the breaker off.

Could be a stuck key.
The usual way to troubleshoot this is to check the keypad output with a meter. If it is OK then replace the control board. If not replace the keypad.
Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
