I have a Roper dryer I just changed the thermal fuse and I got it working. Once I got it going I noticed that it would only run on Timed Dry (Low Heat) nothing else’s will work and it’s not getting hot at all. Please help!!!
Check all the wires to make sure one did not get unplugged from something when you replaced the thermal fuse.

I think your model number is incorrect and it should be RED4440VQ0.
See the attachment for your wiring diagram.
I would also check the heating coil.
Unplug the unit and both wires to the coil.
Check it with a meter, should be around 10 to 12 ohms.
Then check from each side of the coil to the case/frame, both should be infinite ohms (open). If not the coil may have sagged or broken and is touching the case. This can cause it to run on low as it is only getting 120 volts..
