Problems with washer skipping wash and rinse cycle

There are a few different things that might cause this. Try running the diagnostic mode and checking the codes to see what it gives you. Here’s the tech sheet with how to run diag mode:

Hi Rory , I did run the diagnostic and no codes popped up

Ok, did you let it run through the automatic test function? If so, did it complete that test?

Yes I did , and it did complete the test

Alright, it may just be a calibration issue. Follow the instructions on getting into diagnostic mode and activating the manual test mode on page 2. Then, on page 5 of the tech sheet it talks about the water level and pressure transducer calibration, you’re only concerned with steps 6-9 here.

Try the calibration and see if that takes care of it.
