Main Symptom: Lower oven does not function properly
What happens & when: Lower oven: Air Fry setting creates soggy results, does not brown. Convection bake and roast setting takes longer than regular bake setting in upper oven and does not thoroughly cook or brown. Regular bake setting has similar results as convection, but also burns or overcooks on top and undercooks on bottom, regardless of rack position. This unit is only one-year old, and has been like this from the beginning. Very expensive unit, very poor returns. Is it me, or is it GE?
Error Code (if any): None
Parts or tests already tried: Have had several repair technicians here and all say the unit is functioning properly. I have thoroughly read the user guide and tried everything written there.
