Power failure

I have a dw that will run for about 7-9 minutes then shut down with the heat dry and high temp leds flashing. Troubles shooting guide indicates that that the dw has entered into a power failure mode. I have replaced the control board and have the same fault. Door latch and all wiring connections are good.Any suggestions.

Very likely the problem is a bad selector switch (#8 on the diagram)
