Plugged drain in GE Monogram built in refrigerator

My GE Monogram built in refrigerator is pooling water at the bottom inside the unit, which leaks onto the floor. I believe the drain tube may be plugged but I don’t know where that part is located. Please help!

I cannot find any info on the given model number.

The drain should be under the evaporator coil and should then drain into the drip pan under the unit by a drain tube.

I would check that it is clear.
If plugged a turkey baster with warm water, an air compressor with low pressure or a wire can often be used to clear it.

Also check that it is not plugged with dust etc. at the drain pan end.
You might as well clean the condenser/compressor fan and the condenser coils while you are down there.

If it looks like stuff is growing in the tube I would flush it with a 10% bleach solution. This should kill the stuff and let you flush it out. You may have to do this several times, let it sit for 15 minutes or so between flushes.

Be careful that the drip tray does not overflow and empty the drip tral after you are done.

Be sure to unplug the unit while doing this.

Sorry, the model # is ZIR36NMARH. I’m not sure where the drain tube is…

Thanks!

It drains down into the trough, Item 5005 in Section 2.
This is behind the cover at the inside back of the compartment.
Then into the drain tube Item, 5196 in Section2.
Then into the drip tray, Item 5240 in Section 2

Please remove your refrigerator from the built in cabinet and check behind it to see if mold is back there. I had 2 of the same models and they are known to have sweating problems. I believe the water problem you are seeing is coming from the rear of the refrigerator. I don’t believe there is a drain tube on this model.
Please contact me and I will tell you about the MOLD problem caused by my expensive GE Monogram that was leaking unchecked into our home.
