PF code (Power Failure) on clock will not reset

I need to know how to repair. We have had problems resetting in the past. We have shut power off at breaker, unplugged, tried the cancel button with the enter button, twisted knobs with the enter button, etc.

Until the PF code goes off the clock will not appear, if you get the clock you can reset time and the oven will will work. If you can’t set the clock, the oven will not work.
