PCB board changed and get 66:66 code and lights cycling, unable to select options

Main Symptom: code 66:66, cycling lights, unable to select options
What happens & when: washer would not spin hard enough to remove enough water to dry clothes. Washer reached down to 6 minutes left to finish and would then flip back to 10 minutes left to finish and would run more water. Would continue you this cycle without completing. Changed the shocks and PCB board. After connecting the new board it displays 66:66 and the lights cycle through the board and I am unable to select an option.

Try to do a calibration mode by pressing Temp and Delay End button for 3 seconds and then press start/pause and then see if the unit works after this finishes.
