I lifted the hood on my stove and was cleaning around the burners and underneath the hood. A slight spark came out as I was cleaning around the burners,so my husband unplugged the stove. I also wiped the lower oven out. Later that evening when I turned my oven on to use it, it would not come on. The lower oven and the upper oven will not come on.

The first thing to check is the circuit breaker. Locate the right one and fully reset it. See if that helps.
