Oven just started staying hot…noticed it yesterday. No lights indicate that it is on, knob is turned off. Any ideas? Hoping I won’t have to buy a new one…well, ok, a new one would be nice, but don’t want to spend the money if I don’t have to…
Sounds like either the broil or bake relay contacts are welded together.
I believe they are on the control\time board
Also may be that a wire is shorting to the frame, will have to open it up and check for this.
Remember to unplug the unit, it is 240 volts so is very dangerous.
