Just purchased this oven used… had to convert to LP (was on Natural Gas). Overheats and then flashes the error of F3 E2? (not sure of the
last two). Is this something we can fix or do we have to call a tech?

F3 E2 means there is an over temp condition caused by the oven
sensor. It would also be a good idea to check the sensor wiring and connections.
where would we find instructions on how to do this?
are we looking to replace a part/sensor or just looking
for something that came ‘loose’.
could this problem have been caused by the move?

The sensor probe (see pic below) is fastened in from either the inside of the oven
with 2 screws holding it to the liner. Or they stick it through
from the back. I think yours is the latter method. You would need
to cut the power and remove the back in order to gain access to it.
Before you actually buy any parts check the sensor wires and
any of their connections.
