Oven not working

The light in the oven works and the keypad for the microwave works but the keypad for the oven does not

The microwave unit, although it is in the same installation, is on a different circuit. First, check the breaker for the oven to see if it may be partially tripped.

The oven and microwave are on the same breaker we tripped them and it still does not work. My daughter said she turned it off and turned it back the other night to see if that is what it was.

I was assuming it was an electric range.

I’m afraid I can find no listing for such a model number to look up how it was designed. Can you double check it?

That Is The Number In The Microwave Where Would It Be In The Oven. The Number Is Model # J Kp69w0w2ww Serial # Ts629170q
October 1997

The whole unit should only have one.

That’s not what you initially supplied. It was jkp96…

None of it’s buttons??

I can’t see there being any kind of fuse for just the oven’s control but someone could check the appliance’s wiring diagram. Otherwise if all the buttons are not functioning there may be a problem in the regular oven’s control board or possibly the power transformer (see the following links) although the latter might be less suspect if it also powers the microwave control board. Again, someone would need to check the appliance’s wiring diagram, I don’t have access to it.
