Oven not keeping temperature

Oven not keeping temperature

Have to turn the temp way up (450-500) to get the oven to come on. Oven will heat up but won’t always maintain temperature. Curious what part is the likely culprit.

I found WFE500M4HS0

Both element work? Bake and Broil get red?
Oven door closes properly?
Both elements work, no loose wires and then the oven temp thermostat would be the prime suspect.
