5.9 cu. ft. Freestanding Electric Range with Convection in Stainless Steel
Model Number: NE59M4320SS/AA
I bake a lot of sourdough baked goods and I have noticed that they have been taking longer to bake than usual. I realized that I would have temp set to let’s say 375 and I would check and reset to 375 and it would say it’s 305.

What heating cycle are you primarily using for this, Bake or Convection Bake? Does it seem to be taking any longer to preheat than it used to?
I mostly use bake setting. Not always but sometimes it does take longer to preheat. It almost like it gets stuck at one temp for sometime but then continues on to preheating
I’d suspect something going on with the main control board DE94-03926B. The elements are apparently working. The only other thing I could think of that might do something like this is an out-of-range temperature sensor DG32-00002B.
That sensor should read about 1.1kΩ at 77°F and around 1.65kΩ at 350°F. If that sensor can be checked and verified I think you’re looking at a control board.
If it was an element issue I wouldn’t expect the oven to maintain temperature at all after preheat, but they might be worth checking as well. Bake and Broil should each read 26-30Ω at room temp.
