Oven not holding consistent temperature

What happens & when: APPEARS TO LOSE TEMPERATURE DURING COOKING

Parts or tests already tried: TESTED ALL AREAS WITH MULTIMETER

OHMS SENSOR TEST = 1,075

BAKE MODE: (T501 & CN101) Input to Control Board = 242v / (T501 & T505) OUTPUT = 241v

BROIL (T501 & T503) = 241v

CONVECTION BAKE (T501 & T507) = 241v

BAKE ELEMENT BOTTOM: Started at 240v briefly and then went to Zero volts

BROIL ELEMENT = 240v

CONVECTION ELELMENT OHMS = 44.2

CONVECTION ELEMENT PLUGS = 240v *HOWEVER, clicking noise and ZERO voltage displayed, clicking noise again and back to 240v.

PLEASE HELP WITH ANY RECOMMENDATIONS

Test the oven sensor for the proper resistance, and check the wiring from the control to the elements for loose or broken connections. If all checks, then you would likely need a new control.
