Baking only- broiler works
I can set it to heat 350 reaches that temperature. Then I shut it off. Started back up again set it at 350 and it’s like it was never preheated to 350 the first time.

Can you see the bake element coming on during preheat?
I can feel the element getting warm- set at 400 show on panel LO
Check that bake element’s resistance value just to be safe, should be 10-40Ω, but this sounds like the control board W11308431.

Where do I find the valve you mentioned
The element resistance reading or value, not valve.
Ok so where is this located. Do u have to take off the back panel of the stove to find the value
You need a multimeter and access to the element terminals behind the lower back panel of the range.
Ok that’s what I figured.
Question- my stove is 10 years old - do I replace it at this point.
We don’t offer opinions on whether or not an appliance is worth repairing, just repair advice.
Is a panel replacement a DIY
Yes, once you get the back off the console it is a very easy process.
Thank you for all your help.
If it is t the panel - can I return it??
