If 120v AC has been verified at the low voltage side of the transformer when the microwave should be heating then one or more of the high voltage side components has failed. Often, one of those components failing causes others to as well.
It is only recommended for electricians and/or qualified technicians to test those high voltage components, and even then it can be dangerous due to the potential stored voltages involved.
