We went to use the oven and it indicates it is “Locked” as if we were preparing to self clean. The door opens but will not allow temperature to be set. We had the a service person out last week to replace the ignitor and the idea of a second service call in 7 days makes me cringe. Please help.
after I didn’t get a reply from anyone, we tried to initiate a self-clean cycle and after a minute we received an F9 error. For our model, that indicates door latch…to check door component. To the untrained eye, the door and latch seem fine. What now?
