Oven Cleaning Fiasco

I purchased a used Maytag stove for a rental unit. It cost me $8. I decided that it would be much easier to clean with the lower heating element removed. After much scraping with a razor, I was ready to use Easy Off. The instructions called for first raising the temperature to 200 degrees. I plugged it in, turned it on and heard a pop from the control panel. One of the pigtails was touching the frame and became welded to the stove! I pried it off and made sure that each pigtail was not touching the frame, plugged it in and now neither the broiler nor the lower heating unit are working. The readout still works and also the round burners.

P.S. The stove now sparkles!

Any ideas which part that I need to purchase?

When the short circuit occurred a relay in the circuit board probably got fried.
