Just received replacement part from you and have installed. Am concerned the element was all that was wrong w/range and not some other internal problem. Am asking because when I turned the element on just 325 degrees, it glowed bright orange and really emitted heat. I don’t remember how it looked or seemed before it needed to be replaced. Am I just worried for no reason since I didn’t get an expert (and pay a hefty fee) to install? Thanks for any help you can offer.
PS I was very pleased with price and delivery of item ordered from you.

I am new to this type of on-line interaction; I hope I’ve done this correctly.
Sounds OK to me.
You could get an oven thermometer to see if the oven temperature is accurate.
Oven elements are cycled off and then full on. They do not regulate the amount of heat given off by the element but regulate how long it stays on (cycles).
Once the unit hits set point temperature you may not see it get red because it is bringing the oven temperature back to set point in less time than it takes the element to turn red.
