I need to replace the outer glass on the above oven and are having a major problem finding the proper part #12002486.
Samsung and the other parts places say it’s discontinued. It’s appears to be made by Maytag or Whirlpool so why can’t I use another glass. For example part #74006636 but I don’t know the dimensions to be sure.

This is from two years ago but was wondering how you solved your oven glass problem as the glass in my Samsung oven shattered yesterday. I’m going to call the Samsung parts people tomorrow, so any info appreciated.
