Older whirlpool oven element

found the correct size element but ours takes screws to connect leads to element. can anyone help. part # we found is 326791, has wrong connections. thanks, greg

Looks like it may be the same as the one you found (326791)
An important spec is the 3 inch bracket to terminals spec. If this is too long it will short to the back cover on the oven so I would double check this.

Unfortunately it does not show the connection good enough to determine if it is the screw type. Odds are it is a push on.

If it is push on you will have to replace the connectors on the wires.
Take the element to a hardware or automotive store and get the correct size push on connector. Make sure it is rated for high current.

You will then have to cut back the wires till you get to nice clean copper and then crimp on the new connector.

Clean copper is important because if the connection has any resistance in it it will heat up and eventually fail.

Perhaps the AppliancePartsPros’ parts people will have the connectors you need, call them.
