My LG WM8100HVA washer is not spinning/draining OE/0E code. What could be the wrong and what parts would fixed this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That error code is because of a restriction or a clogged drain. Washers will not spin if it detects water in the tub. if the drain is running, either it is plugged up, or the impeller on the drain pump is broken and not moving water. If the pump is not coming on, there is a problem with it, either not getting power from the main board or the pump is defective.
