Brand: Electrolux Model Number:elfe7537AW0 Main Symptom: can’t access some menu options What happens & when:
old board - intermittent E61 Error. relays and fuses tested ok.
Order new board from Appliancepros part number AP7034409 (5304529940) .
install new board. on “ normal cycle “ with “normal” temp, the dryer runs and the clothing does not feel warm. cold to the touch after 15 minutes. I can not access high temp option on the normal cycle. this is with “dry level” set to normal, high or max. if I use timed try, the wet clothing is warm or hot to the touch within five minutes.
I suspect my new board is defective. please confirm?

Is there an error that appears with the new control using the recall error mode (as seen in the image)? Also, have the thermistors been tested for resistance? The blower outlet thermistor should measure 5K Ohms and the back panel inlet thermistor should measure 50K Ohms.
thank you, I didn’t think to check for errors since the board was new. now I am observing errors 35 and 41. I am nolonger being E61. I think I have a defective board.
Since this is a new symptom, I would suggest double checking the wires and making sure nothing is loose. The error 35 is a communication problem between the UI control and the main control. If the wires check good, it is possible the main control is faulty.
