All the control buttons from smart wash to quick rinse illuminate, when we go to hit the start button nothing happens. The start button, drain/cancel and the delay time don’t illuminate. We changed out the electrical box inside the door but it is doing the same thing with the new one too. My husband ran the test where you hit the high temp / dry buttons and everything lit up then the lights bounced from the normal wash to quick rinse. A little bit of water entered into the machine, but the cycle buttons still won’t work. I’ve read similiar post that your forum recommended getting a whole new control panel. Is this something I should look into? Thanks
If you are calling the electronic control the control box, then your most likely problem is going to be the touch pad, which comes on one way, which is the whole control panel. It is an easy repair. But it is not too cheap. Tom
