Normal cycle green light on control panel blinking. Unit wil not run. Water in bottom did not empty. :confused:

Hi.

Most likely there is a short in the touchpad circuitry.
If you remove the kick panel you will find the tech sheet inside the pocket at the back of it. Go to “Checking keyswitch contacts” and perform the test.

Chose the correct color for the control panel or the control board on the diagram # 02.
