Noisy oven fan

My Fan/Blower became excessively noisy recently. I took things apart, cleaned the fan and do not find any reason for the noise. It appears to be unbalance and resonance of the sheet metal. How do I fix it.
We have taken the fan apart and found the rubber drive bushing in the fan worn. This is why it is unbalanced.

Where do I buy a new rubber bushng for the assembly??

It does not look like the bushing is available as a separate part.

This same fan is used by many manufacturers of Ovens. Who is the maker of the blower/fan? We took the fan out and removed the bearing and the impeller. We wrapped a “gummy” band in the worn groove. It works great, no more unbalance and noise. Problem - I don’t think the “gummy” band will work for long.

Need to know the manufacturer of the fan to purchase a new drive bushing and bearing. Can someone help with this name?

What a savings! New oven - $1200, New Fan - $135, New bearing and drive bushing - $10.
