No water to top wash arm

bottom washer arm has water and spins but not upper arm, hose seems to be clear and not plugged.

Remove the lower spray arm and the pump cover (#4 on the diagram).

Make sure the pump housing filter (#6) and the rinse arm (#7) are clean. You can soak them in white vinegar and brash them.
