No water pressure

Dishwasher worked fine. Then we decided to put in a new floor. So I had to pull the dishwasher out. When I put the dishwasher back in, it would suddenly not drain. I pulled the breather cap off and I’m just getting a bubble of water. I stripped the insides down to the impeller and it seems fine. I blew into the inlet hose and it bubbled in the bottom of the dishwasher. My best guess is that the hose is either too high or not high enough. There are no kinks in it.

Did you remember to turn the valve back on for the water supply? also did you turn off the breaker while moving it to prevent shorts?

I unplugged it and I did turn off the water.

When you say breather cap do you mean aerator? DId you check that for debris inside the cap? That’s a common problem with no drain issues because it doesn’t take much to clog those. Also some drain hoses have flaps near the motor mount on the hose that prevents backflow sometimes those flaps break off and get stuck in the hose…Check the drain pump for 120v to the unit after you hit cancel drain if you have 120v and no hum from the motor it’s a bad drain pump…if the motor is humming and turning and working right you have a clog in your drain line or sump pump inside.

Good day!

Hello
Check out. faboulous

My dishwasher is so old, it doesn’t have any buttons. Just a dial.

Your model number isn’t correct your giving a model number to a lawn and garden piece of equipment…if it’s real old then it’s probably a whole sump pump which has the drain and sump in one piece and in all honestly to replace that is probably close to just buying a new unit…you can get dishwashers on sale for 3-400 best bet is to buy a new one if it’s really old…
