No spin cycle everything else works fine

Main Symptom: no spin
What happens & when: spin cycle not working idler pully seem fine and i also put on a new belt the machine does everything right but spin and when it goes to spin cycle the drum locks up solid

Check to ensure nothing is hung between the tubs locking it down, and the other possibility could be the transmission. Unfortunately the manufacturer has discontinued this part. NLA
