This sounds like an electrical issue with improper voltage going to the range terminal block. Pull the unit out, find the power cord and check voltage with a multimeter at the terminal block. The white wire should be attached to the center lug at the terminal block. Black to white should read 120 volts, red to white, 120 volts, red to black, 240 volts. If you are not getting these readings, there is an issue with the house voltage going to the range.

Based on the information packet taped to the rear of the unit, this Amana is a 2020 model. The unit has been fully operational until about 1 week ago. No problems whatsoever until that time. No current changes with the electrical circuit/fuse panel. Voltage is needed to be tested?

Anytime I hear of wonky activity as you describe, I start with voltage. Let’s check it so we can eliminate that as a problem.
