No lights, water in tub

no lights on panel. water in tub. seems like there is no power to it. I replaced panel a few months ago (Thanks Gene!). Cirvuit breaker in house is ok.

Did you replace the thermal fuse Item 6 in Section 2 when you replaced the board?
Also did you use the new harness that comes with the fuse when you replaced the board?

Remove the fuse and check it with a meter, should be 0 ohms.

The board did not come with anything else but the entire control board and wires. The info attached does not tell me about a fuse/circuit breaker same for parts.
