There are a few things that can cause this issue. If you open the door, remove the ice bin, tape down the door switch then press the cubed ice dispenser, does the white plastic yoke of the solenoid assembly lift up? If it does, re-insert the ice bin while ensuring the metal arm sits in the center of the plastic yoke. Will it dispense cubed ice then? If the plastic yoke did not lift up, do you have access to a multimeter for voltage testing?
