After trying to dispense some crused ice I found some white plastic in my glass. Now I can only get cubed ice and no more crused ice. Can you figure out what part I need to purchase to fix the problem.

The “white” plastic and no crushed ice, would indicate an issue in the crushed blades
mandiplate
or door
You’ll need to dismantle the front of the bin assembly and check the crusher components.
