No air flow to top of refrigerator and freezer

I have an Amana side by side more than 10 years old Model SXD22Q2W. The bottom part of the refrigerator and freezer get cold, but the top stays warm. There is no circulation of the cold air. Is there a fan relay that I need or is it something major? Thanks…Molly

Check across the evaporator/freezer fan with a meter.
If it has 120 volts and is not running, replace the fan.
