No 117AC To Heaters

Heaters are brand new. Low temp thermo-disc is brand new. Clock timer motor will not continue past 6 o’clock position unless the leads to the low temp thermo-disc are jumpered (shorted). But either way… power never gets applied to the heaters in the heater duct so wash and rinse water are never super-heated. This has to be a simple inexpensive part replacement. Has anybody solved this before with the electro-mechanical Bosch SHU 3036?

Oh… and I forgot to mention… a SPDT micro switch in the heater duct (clearly shown in the schematic) prevents power from being applied to the heaters if water is not flowing thru the duct. This made me think it was a case of water flow restriction so I checked the sreen filter in the wash chamber as well as the solenoid valve. Both are fine so I was back to square one.
