New washer door not locking unless pushed in on

Main Symptom: New door installed trying to lock but will not unless pushed in
What happens & when: Door lock light will not come on unless new door is pushed in and held I have tried adjusting the door lock bracket on the door. The washer will pause and stop because of this.

It sounds like the door strike may need to be adjusted as it sounds like it is not meeting up with the lock properly. Also double-check to make sure that the door is aligned properly.

Thank you for the reply. The door seems to be aligned well.

I have moved the door latch and still getting it but less. I will move it again and try to see the alignment to the latch lock. Thanks again, Ben
