Main Symptom: Freezer has never cooled had it two days and it goes as low as 74 no cooler. the fridge works up top but the bottom freezer part is what I am talking about.

This sounds like it would be a sealed system type issue and would suggest to have a service technician come check the unit.

If new enough to still be under warranty, don’t get into it much yourself and void the warranty.

You had it only 2 days? Send it back. Ask for replacement of same. Anything brand new that does not work will be nothing but trouble.
