Hello, any door gasket has to be heated with a hair dryer or heat gun to remove the wrinkles and soften up the vinyl. Be careful not to burn a hole in the new gasket. Keep the hair dryer moving in a constant motion. You will see the wrinkles go away. Once the wrinkles are out, close the door and carefully go over any gaps with the hairdryer.
