With the power cord unplugged, the top and side panels of the microwave would need to be removed. Once they are removed, there will be a screw at the top of the control panel found from the inside that would need to be removed. Once removed, the control panel should lift up and rotate out. If the number 1 is in reference to the fuse, it should not be a cause of failure if the control panel is able to illuminate some of the LEDs.
