What happens & when:2 nd burner sparks but does not light,no gas comes out. On Parts diagram it is 2C.Which keeps coming up as refrigerator part

The burner valve is the one that you found but the listing on the webpage is wrong. It would not be a inlet valve. We are getting this updated on our site.
