Does it seem like there are any suds building up on the water in the dishwasher if you stop it mid-cycle? Does it do this throughout the cycle or seem to start after a certain point? Are you noticing any change in the operational noise of the dishwasher around the time the leaking starts?

No suds, starts leaking 20 seconds after cycle starts. I have replaced the door gasket (installed correctly), replaced the grounded heating element, cleaned out the drain line and vent system, meticulously leveled the unit!!
Used it yesterday, no problems, loaded it correctly today and started leaking!!

That fast means it is either overfilling or there is water being sprayed directly at the door. I’d run the diagnostic test and stop it after the initial fill is down and check the fill level. Might be a sticky float switch if it is overfilling. Here’s the tech sheet for that model.

I also forgot to mention:man_facepalming:I also replaced the bottom spray arm first, found it had melted one end of the nozzles. My next question is: if it’s stays running after it leaks and I know the water level is above the element, is it supposed to shutdown and send a code? I’m sure that since it didn’t shutdown it shorted the element, thoughts?

If it is filling above the element then you are definitely in an overfill situation. You can use that tech sheet I sent to check the heater’s resistance value, it may or may not have shorted it out but certainly is worth checking.
