Need some advice please, I was donated this oven which greatly needed.
The owners did say problems with oven. New 50amp service and receiving
249V. All top element burners work great but no response from the
key pad at all. Oven light stays on, clock is running but nothing?
The down draft will not start, the light will not even turn off.
The one thing on the panel reads “POWER LOSS”
Any help greatly appreciated!

Try getting into and running some of the diagnostics.
Unfortunately is does sound like the control board is toast as it controls all the non working parts that you list.
Could be the control panel (keypad) so I would also check it’s key outputs with a meter to be sure it is OK.
