Clothes are getting caught in gap between drum and felt seals, leaving brown streaks on clothes. Upon inspection, the drum is sagging downward, and can be lifted by hand very easily. I need to know which parts may be needed for repair, as I cannot tell by the parts list. The seals look pricey, so I would like to be able to decide if this dryer is worth fixing. Thanks for any help!

Sounds you will definitely need the drum slide (item 1220 in section 02).
You may also need the lower felt (item 1221 in section 02).
Also check the belt and the rear support bearing for wear.
