Need help moving vent from back of dryer to come out from bottom

My parents just bought & have had 2 guys in addition to the delivery guys who only attempted to move the vent hole without success & we need to reroute the dryer vent itself to the bottom

When the dryer is disassembled, it should have a knockout plate on the bottom where it can be vented through the bottom when installing a vent kit.

Yes but I’m having trouble getting the appliance repair folks to understand that & I can’t find a YT video on how to do it myself.
